Every Monsi vehicle reports position in real time. Your pharmacy sees the same map our dispatcher does. Patients see a tracking link with live ETA, photo proof, and signature on delivery. No phone calls asking where the order is.
Your delivery orders reach the Monsi queue without a new system to learn, and your PMS stays the source of truth — we operate the delivery layer around it, not in place of it. Deeper native PMS integrations are on the roadmap.
